  • Unix knowledge - troubleshoot platform(in general)Unix CLI ? lookup user permissions in storage access, server monitoring.
  • SAS Admin Integration with AWS Understanding of AWS cloud to work with infrastructure team for server maintenance activities.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good knowledge of change management process.
  • SAS Application upgrade installation and hotfixes
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle/application support.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • SAS Administration and ability to interpret/troubleshoot logs
