  • Expertise lead technical aspects and hands on Salesforce Experience Cloud, Health Cloud Integrations and Omni Studio LWCs
  • Design scalable solutions.
  • maximize OTB utilization to meet business requirements for customer service and support
  • Work along provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to the development team
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts
  • Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement
