·Lead the migration of TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), and BusinessEvents (BE) applications to Java-based solutions.

·Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot.

·Implement and manage Kafka-based messaging and streaming solutions.

·Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

·Optimize and troubleshoot migration solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.

·Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

·Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

·Develop and maintain technical documentation for migration solutions.

·Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
