### Product Management- Own the product vision and roadmap for Model Manager, aligning it with enterprise AI/ML strategy- Manage the product backlog, including creation, refinement, and prioritization of features- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams- Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Agile development team- Track and report on product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes### Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with data scientists, model developers, risk managers, and compliance teams to gather requirements- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and business stakeholders- Present product updates and roadmap to senior leadership- Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups on feature priorities and trade-offs### Process & Program Management- Establish and optimize model governance workflows within the platform- Oversee the implementation of model documentation and validation processes- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for model risk management- Coordinate with enterprise architecture teams for system integration- Manage release planning and change management processes- Streamlining model development and deployment processes- Enhancing model governance and risk management capabilities- Improving collaboration between technical and business teams- Ensuring regulatory compliance for model management- Driving innovation in enterprise AI/ML operations
