? 15+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA with a strong focus on SQL performance tuning.
? In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database Architecture and multi-tenancy models.
? Expertise in RAC, ASM, Active Data Guard, and high-availability database solutions.
? Hands-on experience with GoldenGate for data replication.
? Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of resolving complex installation and database issues.
? Ability to work under pressure, remain calm, and make quick, sound technical decisions.
? Strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies.
