We are seeking a highly driven and direct Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join a rapidly growing environment. This is an onsite role requiring strong communication, process coordination, and system documentation skills. You will play a crucial role in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring clear and effective communication within the organization.
This company has implemented three CRMs in five years, and the team is feeling the strain. We need a true BSA personality someone who is confident, upfront, and direct in guiding the business and IT teams through new processes. The Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.

What We re Looking For:

Strong communicator someone who over-communicates to keep everyone informed.

Process-driven individual someone with experience in systems, process coordination, and documentation.

Confident and direct personality the business team needs someone who can take charge and push back when necessary.

Experience in CRM implementation is a plus (Salesforce experience is beneficial but not required).

5 days onsite per week collaboration and communication are key.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while keeping things structured and organized.
