- 10+ years of experience in project management with at least 7 years of specific experience as SAP Project or Program Manager.
- Must have experience in at least two (2) end to end S/4 HANA implementations and knowledge of the Activate methodology.
- Experience in reviewing BBP documents, developing test, cutover and post go-live plans (strategy, plan, requirements, KPIs, etc).
- Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent coordination and time management skills.
- Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills
- Good hands-on experience on Jira, MS Project & MS office suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Experience as SAP Functional consultant or SAP technical consultant before leadership role, is a plus.
