·Work on technical aspects of the ServiceNow application integrating with other internal uber business solutions and interfaces.

·This role involves configuring, developing, implementing and troubleshooting out of box features and custom features in the servicenow platform

·Support all technical aspects and tool solution delivery, including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, scripting, API, and system integration of ServiceNow with other business applications (e.g.,Jira, Internal PtP Systems, Active Directory, SSO, automated system monitoring tools, etc.)

·Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services

·Need to work independently with Uber Developers (peer development teams working on integration development with servicenow team ) .

·Design, create, configure Portal pages

·Develop ATF test cases when necessary from acceptance criteria.

·Initiate and Collaborate with product stakeholders to understand the requirement , interface with non-IT customers and IT SMEs, analyze and provide solutions to meet business requirements and to technical problems
