● Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce, using appropriate tools and frameworks.

● Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in UAT and QA environments.

● Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand application requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.

● Identify, document, and track bugs or issues through defect management tools like JIRA.

● Contribute to building and maintaining an automation testing framework that ensures scalability and reusability.

● Work closely with teams to build and optimize automated workflows for UiPath-based processes.

● Test the integration and functionality of ServiceNow workflows and Salesforce implementations, ensuring high performance and data integrity.

● Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with the development team.

● Provide input into the continuous improvement of the testing process, including identifying gaps in coverage or efficiency.

● Ensure compliance with QA best practices and organizational standards.
