Power BI

Good knowledge of Banking concepts especially Retail Banking or Lending.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
Define Product/Project Roadmap and work closely with Business stakeholders to drive the project requirements.
Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) reporting systems , creating data visualizations, building dashboards / reports
Create interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools, incorporating data visualizations to effectively communicate insight
Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from the data warehouse for analysis and reporting
Utilize visual elements like charts, graphs, and maps to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Monitor BI systems for performance issues, troubleshoot errors, and implement updates and improvements
Create and maintain technical documentation for BI systems and reports.
Expertise in industry-standard BI platforms like Power BI (must have), Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
Strong understanding of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
Ability to create data models to optimize data analysis and reporting
Ability to manage the offshore and onshore team
Work in Scrum/Agile environment
Good Communication skills.
