Expert in configuration and generation of letters for outbound electronic communication
Strong experience and willingness to document accurately throughout the full life cycle of the change, defect, and implementation project, including user story creation, test strategy, testing, and test results
Ability to present changes to leadership along with impact assessment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (U.S.A.)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (required)
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira (desired), ALM (nice to have)
