Deliver ServiceNow development services based on the ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client
ServiceNow developer will be responsible to work over the ITSM module to implement based upon the designed functional requirement specification document.
Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules based upon the requirements given.
Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus
Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
Work on the configuration and implementations requirements as assigned by Product Owner and/or PM.
Once Configuration is completed on the required enhancements, technical resource will perform testing, as assigned.
Follow development best practices.
Optimize code for performance.
Ensure knowledge transfer to designated support team, as directed by Project Manager.
Engage actively on any open issues active participation in status and project meetings.
Follow Software Development Life Cycle (“SDLC”) as directed by Product owner.
