8+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Strong expertise in Kafka and experience working with asynchronous job processing (Sidekiq, Resque, etc.).
Proven experience in developing and optimizing APIs with best practices in REST and GraphQL.
Solid knowledge of performance tuning, database indexing, and query optimization.
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work in agile teams and demonstrate ownership of projects.
