JOB DETAIL

-         “Project of Projects” is what the manager keeps referring to this migration as.

              - Power BI/Power APPs/ Power automate - BA analyst with a lot of power apps experience

              - C# experience

              - Taking existing workflows and moving to Power platform.

-          Talking with each customer; setting appt., mtng them; have them describe process; come up with plan to move this to power automate (possibly other options still tbd)

-          Execute/Close Out!

-          For each customer, there will be period where they’re just instructing – candidate must be able to convey how they’ll do things from a user perspective

-          Once one customer is taken care of move on (may work projects with multiple customers simultaneously depending on the size)

-          Every morning 9-9:30a EST daily stand up with team – expectation to consistently be there

-          Documentation within ServiceNow (important)

-          Creating project tasks for ea. customer and workload to track in one place

-          Develop knowledge transfer process before end of year to have for future trouble shooting cases for end users/customers.

-          There might be a couple cust. Who power apps may not be appropriate for – could be commercial off the shelf. Candidate should be able to pivot/adapt to this and make recommendations based off of needs.

-          Been with this product (nintex) since 2007; but they’re moving b/c of lot of different reasons.

-          Knowledge of building forms in power apps – they will pick up Nintex very easily (not required!)

-          Leveraging workload process avail within IT portfolio – Microsoft forms, svc now, self service catalog become citizen developers, UI path, challenge is they don’t have citizen developers – they rely on other teams.

 

-     Customer will ultimately decide which one they will do based on information provided by this analyst.
