Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to support data-driven decision-making processes and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data systems.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various source systems into target systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Develop, maintain, and improve data models, databases, and reporting systems to support business operations and decision-making.
Test and validate data migrations to ensure successful transitions between systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Perform comprehensive testing including data validation, data integrity checks, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of data.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data requirements, establish data quality standards, and develop data governance frameworks.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of data sources, transformations, and data flows to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to provide insights and support strategic initiatives.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance data analysis processes and tools.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to access and utilize data and reporting tools effectively.
