Solution Development:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements.

• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Sales Cloud and LOS/Underwriting Projects:

• Good understanding of Sales Cloud with exposure to LOS (Loan Origination System) and Underwriting related projects.

• Knowledge of the US lending business/process is a plus.

Salesforce Applications Management:

• Excellent understanding of out-of-the-box features of Sales and Service Cloud.

• Manage the releases of various Salesforce applications, including deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets.

Technical Integration:

• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce API (Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, REST/SOAP API, Bulk API) and Lightning development.

• Well-versed with integrations and capable of driving integration discussions between Salesforce and other systems.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Experience in communicating with customer stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Conga Composer, DocuSign, and exposure to Snowflake C-Data integration.
