Work with TMS operations/ Industrial Engineering etc. to understand the current business process
Analyze and understand the issue/pain points with current business process and the value that a solution would add
Work with the TMS operations/business team to define the scope of the effort and map out the desired to be process
Consult with development/technical teams to confirm feasibility of the desired solution and level of effort
Document scope, business requirements and obtain funding approval from business stakeholders
