Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the business needs, challenges, and existing systems.
Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for retail banking applications, including digital solutions for teller workflows, branch operations, and customer interaction points.
Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional designs and ensure the solution aligns with business needs and compliance standards.
Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with retail banking standards.
Conduct gap analysis and propose recommendations for enhancements to existing banking solutions and systems.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, applications, and digital solutions.
Help define KPIs and performance metrics for digital banking initiatives, particularly related to teller and branch applications.
Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and development teams to prioritize and manage feature requests, backlogs, and timelines for feature delivery.
Perform market research and stay current with retail banking trends, regulations, and best practices to suggest innovative digital solutions for FIS DigitalOne integration.
