- Technical Leadership – Guide and mentor the team, ensuring they can execute projects without struggling with basics.
- Hands-on Development – Be prepared to work on AWS Glue, Apache Spark, Java, Node.js, and other backend technologies.
- Test & Deployment – Experience with Cucumber for test automation and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (OnePipeline is a plus).
- DevOps & SRE Awareness – Strong familiarity with DevOps practices while ensuring at least one team member is deeply specialized in SRE.
- Effective Communication – Ability to communicate effectively and ensure smooth project execution.
- Capital One Ecosystem (Nice to Have) – Someone familiar with OnePipeline, AWS, and CI/CD in a Capital One environment would be highly preferred.
