- Over ten years of Business Analyst experience in Auto finance/Retail/Lease
- Strong understanding of Vehicle Lease/Loan Origination, Servicing, End of Term, Collection and Remarketing
- Experience in managing requirements from project inception through release
- Collaboration with the Stakeholders to create business requirements, and prototypes
- Must have an experience in JIRA for stories creation, Defect and Epic tracking
- Must have experience in documenting QA requirements in Scrum tool like JIRA
- Experience with Automation tools using CI/CD, is a Plus
