Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS) or Business Administration from an accredited university

Experience in business requirements analysis and management throughout SDLC, including regression testing

 

4+

 

Expertise in business process reengineering (BPR) and transformation initiatives for quality/customer experience improvements

 

4+

 

Experience as a liaison between functional and technical teams

 

4+

 

Experience leading project teams and managing stakeholder relationships

 

4+

 

Hands-on experience with data management, data warehousing, system integration, and secure file transfers

 

4+

 

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (Scrum Master experience preferred)

 

4+

 

Experience supporting business areas like finance, benefits processing, procurement, legal, audit, HR, communications, and IT security
