-Participate in both technical and business analysis requirements gathering.
-Work within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
-Participate in an agile development environment - write user stories and acceptance criteria.  
-Assist business product owners with communicating their requirements clearly for the sprint team members to create an application or enhance existing applications.
-Function as a resource between IT developers, sprint team members and the business units; serve as a point of contact for advanced and technical issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
