JOB DETAIL

Overall 8+ years of experience w/ at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, integrations, and UI customization
Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Performance Analytics
Should have experience in implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including case management, employee center, and lifecycle events
Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM Or SPM with a strong focus on HRSD
Should be able to work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals
Experienced in managing and coordinating offshore development and support teams to ensure smooth project execution
Should have experience in engaging with business users,  documenting  functional and technical needs
Good understanding of CSDM, data governance, security best practices, and ServiceNow architecture
Should be certified in ServiceNow (CSA and CIS-HRSD) and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
