Strong hands-on experience in Pega RPA, including the development and deployment of bots.• Experience in automating business processes, designing workflows, and integrating Pega RPA with third-party systems.• Proven ability to optimize and debug automation processes for performance and scalability.• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.• Solid understanding of RPA best practices and methodology.

Pega Robotics Certification or similar RPA certifications.• Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
