JOB DETAIL

• Salesforce Project Handling & Analytics Integration: o Work on Salesforce analytics projects, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and analytics platforms. o Manage Salesforce data extraction, transformation, and reporting for analytics use cases. o Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business users to enhance reporting capabilities. o Ensure Salesforce data governance, security, and compliance align with business requirements.
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: o Elicit, analyze, and document clear and detailed business requirements. o Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and users. o Utilize user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and sample reports to drive requirement clarifications and approvals. o Ensure traceability of business requirements to technical requirements.
• Project Development & Coordination: o Work with IT development teams to translate requirements and clarify queries. o Lead the development efforts, including system design and managing offshore teams. o Align with the client's project management structure to ensure proper project execution. o Ensure the technical requirements and design support business needs.
• Data & BI Expertise: o Analyse data sets and derive business rules from insights. o Work with cloud database technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlik). o Document business rules, data mappings, and workflows in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): o Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs. o Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team on testing strategy and plans.
• Stakeholder & Team Management: o Engage in senior business stakeholder management meetings and business communications. o Foster strong client and team relationships to resolve technical issues and drive project success. o Effectively manage client and vendor experiences to ensure successful execution. o Lead the team and execute the project in a Product Owner capacity.
