JOB DETAIL

  • Solution Architecture & Design:
    • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring that they align with business requirements and best practices. 
    • Provide high-level design and technical leadership across all CPQ-related initiatives. 
    • Work closely with functional stakeholders, business analysts, and other technical architects to define functional and technical requirements for CPQ solutions. 
    • Develop and maintain solution design documentation, ensuring consistency with Salesforce and CPQ best practices. 
  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Configure Salesforce CPQ modules (product configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, approvals, etc.) to meet business requirements. 
    • Lead the integration of Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems. 
    • Manage end-to-end implementation of CPQ solutions, from initial design through to deployment. 
    • Assist with data migration and ensure data integrity in CPQ processes. 
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with key business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. 
    • Provide guidance on CPQ features and best practices to both internal teams and clients. 
    • Assist in user training and adoption of the CPQ system. 
  • Customization & Optimization:
    • Leverage Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to build custom solutions that meet complex business requirements. 
    • Continuously optimize CPQ solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability. 
    • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to CPQ configurations and integrations. 
  • Leadership & Mentoring:
    • Lead and mentor junior Salesforce CPQ developers, admins, and technical teams. 
    • Promote knowledge sharing and the use of best practices within the team. 
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the Salesforce CPQ solution meets functional and non-functional requirements through rigorous testing and quality assurance. 
    • Perform code reviews and audits to ensure the solution is built to the highest standards. 
  • Post-Implementation Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and enhancement of CPQ solutions post-implementation. 
    • Manage updates, patches, and new releases of the CPQ platform.
