JOB DETAIL

1.           Measurement approaches & plans that help show impact across Google Analytics and CX (think NPS type metrics)

2.           Building dashboards at a feature level to show immediate impacts

3.           Deep dive analysis on the why behind the numbers

4.           Gather, calculate, and analyze data from a variety of data sources measuring key data mainly on web/mobile and app traffic

5.           Help to determine if new digital features are working or not working and why and to provide suggestions for improvements (Responsible for evaluating how well we are faring). Go to Market Analysis on these features.

6.           Present results to leadership

7.           Attending product refinement sessions weekly

8.           Collaborate with a variety of departments to include but not limited to: Billing, Claims, Care Center, CX, UX, PL and Partners

9.           Assist with planning sessions (Sprint, PI, annual)
