a. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related scientific or technical field and three (5) years minimum of relevant experience..

b. General Experience: Work Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities. Industry Knowledge: Preferred to have experience in the water and wastewater industry and an understanding of Oracle utility applications. Project Experience: Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments focusing on ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including scripting in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.

c. Specialized Experience: ITIL: Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. Service Now Modules: Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM

d. Skillset: Integration Expertise: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. Workflow and Automation: Ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes. Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., Azure) ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when working with large, complex datasets.
