We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce project handling, CRM data modeling, and reporting, as well as expertise in business requirement gathering, data analysis, SQL, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Salesforce-related analytics projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading technical teams.
Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related Analytics field.
• At least 6 years of experience in Analytics Technical Development and Business Analysis.
• 6+ years of IT experience, including:
o 3+ years in Requirement Gathering and contributing to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
o 5+ years of SQL experience, writing queries to analyze data and derive insights.
o 3+ years of experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
o Experience with cloud database technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, and Oracle.
o Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) Analytics Project Handling, including:

§ Salesforce data model and integration with analytics platforms.
§ Experience working on Salesforce Lightning and classic environments.
§ 5+ years working with Salesforce project frameworks (Scrum, Agile) for analytics delivery.

o Experience with ETL/ELT applications (IICS, Talend, Matillion, Stitch).
o 5+ years managing onshore/offshore development teams and coordinating development efforts.
