• Conduct regular interviews, surveys, and workshops with IT team across various business units to gather requirements and assess the current IT application lands

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of existing IT applications, including their functionality, business owners, and dependencies

• Analyze and assess the current IT application landscape to identify redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or elimination Collaborate with IT tean identify the current compliance level, business needs and risks of IT applications and prioritize efforts to rationalize applications

• Develop and maintain a roadmap for IT application rationalization across all business units

• Provide guidance and support to individual business units in developing and executing their own IT application rationalization plans, ensuring alignment with over: corporate IT strategy, architecture and goals

• Monitor and report on the progress of IT application rationalization efforts, and escalate issues or risks as needed

• Collaborate with project teams across business units to ensure that application rationalization efforts are integrated with ongoing projects and initiatives
