Strong experience in analytics or data engineering roles.

Strong experience in reporting and generating actionable insights using tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics.

Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and decision science.

Web SDK Implementation experience.
