- Design, develop, and maintain scalable database solutions using SQL, T-SQL, and SSIS.
- Implement database design and normalization best practices to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
- Optimize queries and tune database performance for large-scale data processing.
- Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability by implementing data governance practices.
- Familiarity with cloud data solutions, including Azure SQL or AWS RDS, to design and deploy cloud-based data architectures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and resolve issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering and cloud solutions.
