·        Proven track record in leading transformative projects within the financial services industry, particularly in the cards & payment space.

·        Strong knowledge of BIAN, card products, payment systems, customer experience management, and industry regulations for US market.

·        Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications

·        Exceptional BA skills, with experience in working with Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

·        Proficiency in card business process analysis and digital transformation strategies.

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
