- 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong SQL skills and expertise in navigating relational databases.
- Experience with low-to-medium complexity data modeling.
- Background in insurance data or financial services data is a plus.
- Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with data governance, data profiling, and metadata management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams.
