Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
5+ years of IT project management experience within structured PMO operations.
Strong understanding of IT project scheduling and execution.
Experience in pharma research and development (preferred).
Solid grasp of financial principles and project accounting.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, PowerBI, and portfolio management platforms.
PMP certification preferred.
