·       Develop reports and data visualizations using Tableau Server

·       Provide ad-hoc reports and extract based on user requests

·       Provide gap analysis of current data extract process

·       Identify remediation of data pipeline process gaps and propose solutions

·       Validate results of all extracts and reports

·       Interact on a professional basis with internal and external staff in a personable manner

·       Develop reports for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) and other areas as requested

·       Support on-going development of Key Performance Indicator Collection Tools and Reports

·       Communicate business requirements to developers and work with them to implement solutions for the business community where appropriate.

·       Communicate progress, or impediments to progress, to users and managers.

·       Organize and maintain workload and work independently with limited supervision

·       Participate in, and contribute to, team projects and meetings
