• Facilitate system administration (roles, permissions, access mgmt., etc.) for marketing and social media technology including public website.

• Track and ensure SSL certificates, domains, etc. do not expire.

• Facilitate upgrades/changes for network, security or other IT-related items.

• Assist in the architecture of marketing systems (support methodology changes, enhancements, systems integration, reporting, etc.)

• Assist with assessing, testing, and implementing new system capabilities and features

• Assist with technology vendor relationship management

• Provide Levels 1 and 2 support of the public website and 3rd party applications.

• Knowledge and experience with Drupal upgrades, solution deployments and change management process.

• Assist and coordinate upcoming certificate expiration and renewal process

• Incident/problem management, including follow through using the ITIL framework - this includes managing production incidents to ensure appropriate escalation, assist in determining root cause

• Optimize system operations and resources utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning

• Understanding of Acquia product stack (Drupal 9, PHP 8.0, Acquia Cloud, Acquia Site Factory, Acquia Lift, Acquia DAM, and Acquia Edge)

• Understanding of Multi-site versus Multi-Docroots within Acquia product stack

• Understanding of Yext, Sprout Social, MSFT Dynamics for Marketing, Brightedge, Splashthat,

• Support Adobe Tag Manager and overall tagging methodologies
