Manage architectural governance and provide strategic direction and alignment to overall architecture strategy
Surveys the market landscape for new concepts, emerging technology, architecture, industry, and Company developments and proposes architecture as necessary.
Develops policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure a consistent framework is applied across the company
Develop scalable, secure, and compliant IT solutions aligned with business goals and industry standards.
Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical teams and business functions.
Assess and recommend emerging technologies and tools relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, such as AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms.
Evaluate third-party solutions, ensuring compatibility with regulatory requirements
Lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
Collaborate with project managers and vendors to oversee the delivery process.
Ensure all solutions adhere to industry-specific compliance standards, including data integrity and cybersecurity requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their implications on IT systems.
Continuously monitor and improve system performance and scalability.
Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
Lead workshops and interviews to collect functional and non-functional requirements from business users and document them clearly.
Develop detailed functional specifications and business process models to guide development teams in the execution of projects.
Ensure that the proposed solutions are effectively implemented within the organization's existing systems, working closely with development and implementation teams.
Guide the integration of third-party applications and platforms with internal systems to meet business needs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the user experience
Strong execution skills and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Strong knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms.
Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and data governance.
Strong working knowledge of Application and Database Architecture
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and other SAS platforms
