Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in adherence to the Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential disruptions.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, business analysts, and testers, to drive project success.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide transparent progress updates to stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation of project charters, requirements, change requests, and other relevant materials.
Define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and business partners.
Manage scope changes effectively while mitigating risks and addressing challenges as they arise.
