· Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support.

· Architect complex Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices.

· Design and implement advanced integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

· Oversee the customization of Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

· Drive the adoption of new Salesforce features and technologies across teams.

· Review and optimize the performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.

· Manage and implement Salesforce updates and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, administrators, project managers) to define and refine requirements.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

· Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and troubleshooting leadership in production environments.
