A bachelor’s degree in a technical area such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, or information systems.

Professional experience with Esri software or various software systems, such as ArcGIS Online, and Enterprise

At least two years’ experience with ESRI SAAS solutions such as feature layers, Experience Builder, Attribute rules, Map Viewer, Hub community, Portal, geodatabases, Rest services, webapplications and Arcade expressions

Programming and scripting experience with languages such as Python and JavaScript

Utilize GIS-based web applications including ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Pro, and Survey123 to create detailed maps, reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.

At least two years’ experience with web development in ASP.Net and C#

At least four years’ experience with web development in JavaScript including jQuery

At least one year experience using Test Driven Development

Experience using Azure Devops or similar tool for work item management and source control
