- 12+ years of experience
- Must have strong Python and deep learning experience
- Must have strong cloud engineering experience– AWS services like Lambda, S3, EC2, Sagemaker etc.
- Fluency in the Python ML/data science stack - PyTorch, Scikit-Learn and Python libraries.
- Experience in building ML models using biological data sets
- Deep familiarity with Protein engineering or understanding of biological data
- Knowledge of protein purification strategies, recombinant protein expression.
- Knowledge of biophysical characterization of proteins
- Good to have: experience with construction and design of the entire ML pipeline, including training, deployment, and hosting in a production environment, using engineering best practices (e.g., unit testing, monitoring, logging)
