· A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science.

· 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Information Technology area.

· Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

· Experience developing delivery process documentation, including UAT scenarios, test cases, functional design documents, technical specification documents, and process reporting

· Understanding of best practices specific to SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, and other project lifecycles

· Previous experience working on multiple projects with various timelines

· Demonstrated knowledge and skills in information technology, including wireframe billing tools, MySQL, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

· Excellent communication skills, written and oral proficiency in English.
