•     Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in Program Management or Project Management capacity with demonstrated success at delivering large scale projects.

•     Ability to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project. Proven ability to work independently and to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.

•     Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.

•     Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

•     Advanced experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•     Experience managing budgets and resources.
