• Facilitation and organization of Program Cadences (Review, Planning, Refinements), Executive Updates, Quarterly Planning
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined project requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refine priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Program Tracking and Priorities Visibility:
• Tracking overall schedule, progress, and impact to program delivery
• Help the program visualize and understand priorities, for effective backlog planning across program and product teams
