Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders, including wealth managers, portfolio managers, and operations teams, to gather and document business requirements related to banking and wealth management processes.
System Analysis & Design: Analyze existing banking and wealth management systems - similar or equivalent to Global Plus, Charles River, Pershing to identify areas for improvement and propose system enhancements or new solutions.
Solution Design & Documentation: Create functional specifications, use cases, and detailed process flow diagrams. Document business processes and requirements in alignment with IT teams for successful system development and implementation.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
System Integration: Work on the integration of various banking and wealth management systems, including Global Plus, Pershing (for wealth banking operations) and Charles River (for investment management), ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead testing efforts to ensure that the systems meet business requirements and work as intended. This includes preparing test plans, executing tests, and coordinating with quality assurance teams.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices, particularly in wealth management and banking domains.
User Training & Support: Provide training to end-users on new system features and enhancements and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance business processes and system functionality, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
Project Management Support: Support project management teams by providing business insights and assisting in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
