Development (Setup, configure, test, implement) of ServiceNow Asset Graphs to enhance ServiceNow CMDB (e.g., starting with AWS, Sakon and SCCM), ensuring a smooth transition and accurate data mapping.
Expand existing implementation of ServiceNow Discovery for all to automatically discover resources and services, and integrate them into the CMDB with its relationships.
Enhance the relationships between configuration items (CIs) and visualize the ServiceNow environment.
Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, including data transformations and integration flows.
Troubleshoot issues related to CMDB and asset management, providing effective solutions and ensuring data accuracy.
Implement and support ServiceNow integrations and configuration items across different environments (dev, test, prod).
