- 5+ years of SAP HCM experience and/or Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 experience.
- 5+ Years of Successfactors Integration Center experience related to Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM..
- A strong understanding of Employee Central Mini-Master, Onboarding 2.0 portlets, Onboarding 2.0 HRIS Elements.
- Experience working with Successfactors APIs and integrating those using 3rd party integration systems like Informatica or SAP PO.
- Experience transferring Onboarding data to an external HRIS system (specifically SAP ECC) is a must have.
- Deep knowledge of Successfactors Onboarding processes.
- Experience using integrations to send documents from Successfactors to a document management system like OnBase.
- ServiceNow Experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand module.
- ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with functional and technical team members.
- Successfactors and/or SAP HCM certifications is a plus.
- Experience working with SAP PO is a plus.
- Experience with ABAP development is a plus.
