•      Ability to work off hours to support Global Business Partners as required

•      Help manage the implementation of all change requests and enhancements to the Global Warranty Management System (GWM)

•      Managed the sustainability of GWM system

•      Raise/track/escalate IT tickets to correct identified issues, or implement enhancements

•      Performs other related duties and assignments as required

•      Perform daily updates to the Labor Information System (GMLID)

•      Work with the Dealer Business Center (DBC) to resolve warranty claim rejects

•      Maintain Tables/Data in SAP

•      Work with SAP to resolve dealer claim rejections

•      Create and Analyze Reject Report to Identify areas that need GMLID update

•      Work with the Labor Time Activity Group to resolve labor time guide (LTG) issues

•      Raise/track/escalate IT tickets to correct identified issues, or implement enhancements

•      Performs other related duties and assignments as required
