•            5 years’ experience with As-Is and To-Be process flows or equivalent business/IT process flows. 

•            5 years’ experience collecting and documenting requirements, preferably a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodology.

•            3 to 5 years’ experience writing detailed Epics, Features, and User Stories.

•            3 to 5 years’ experience with Microsoft office including Visio (for process flow creation).
